Welcome to the Women’s Under 23 Senior and Lightweight Development Team Page

Program Overview:

In 2010 Penn AC will host its second annual Women's Summer Under 23 Senior and Lightweight Development Programs. These programs provide a setting in which female athletes can develop the technical and physiological skills to improve as a rower at the university and elite levels. Those invited will train alongside top athletes from colleges and universities throughout the United States, fostering a competitive environment and encouraging individuals to perform.
