Penn AC Congratulates its 2009 National Champions: Christopher De Felice and Stephen Whelpley!
In the Men's single Chris De Felice (right) clocked a winning time of 7:09.4 and Stephen Whlepley (left) with composite partner Mike Siviginy of GMS rowing won the Men's double with a winning time of 6:22.3.
